At F.I.S.H, our “blue pasture” is guided by science: continuous water-quality monitoring, ecosystem-first management, and full traceability. Grown with natural tides, our abalone develops a firm bite and clear, layered sweetness—premium, local, and sustainably raised.

Building the Abalone House
築鮑之所
Abalone thrive where there are hard surfaces to cling to, and they prefer low-light conditions. Our culture containers are designed around these two traits—offering stable attachment surfaces and shaded shelter—so abalone can settle and grow with less stress. On site, our fishermen partners help prepare and assemble the cages, laying the foundation for every “abalone home.”
鮑魚喜歡依附在堅硬表面生長,亦畏光、偏好陰暗環境。因此,我們的使用的養殖容器設計正是利用這兩項習性:提供穩固附著點並創造遮光庇護,讓牠們更安定地成長。現場由團隊親手備置與組裝籠具,為每一個「鮑魚之家」打好基礎。

Crafting Taste from the Source
從源頭雕琢風味
Flavor begins with diet. Beyond traditional feeds, we run trials with a wider menu—citrus peel, black soldier fly (BSF), sea lettuce, dried seaweed, and formulated artificial feeds. By tracking feeding response, growth performance, and water-quality changes over time, we fine-tune a diet that balances nutrition with ecosystem care—so each abalone tastes cleaner, sweeter, and more layered.
鮑魚的風味,從「食」開始建立。除傳統飼料外,我們亦進行多元試餌:以柑橘類果皮作補充,並測試黑水虻、石蓴(Sea lettuce)、乾海藻及人工配方飼料的組合。透過分段記錄攝食反應、生長表現與水質變化,我們在營養與生態之間取得平衡,讓每一口更乾淨、更有層次。

Tracing Every Step of Growth
全程追蹤 · 每一步成長
We make traceability part of the daily craft. Each month, we measure and log growth data to build a continuous record—capturing growth pace and variation over time. We also monitor mortality rates closely, and track every weather shift (water temperature, wind and waves, rainfall) as part of the same dataset. By adjusting husbandry and feeding early, we protect each stage of growth and keep quality consistent, transparent, and trusted.
我們把「可追溯」落到每天的細節。每個月定期量度鮑魚的生長數據,建立連續紀錄,清楚掌握成長節奏與差異。同時嚴格監控死亡率,並把每次天氣變化(如水溫、風浪、降雨等)一併納入分析,及早調整管理與投餌策略。用數據守護每一步成長,確保品質穩定、透明可信。

Low-Carbon Feeding, Community Powered
低碳餵養 · 社區共創
We push for sustainability at every stage—starting with what we feed. Through our partnership with The Harbour School, we secure a fresh seaweed supply to supplement abalone diets, reducing reliance on certain commercial feeds and lowering the associated emissions from production and transport. Abalone are naturally herbivorous, which already gives them a comparatively lower carbon footprint than many carnivorous farmed species. We also extend this “blue responsibility” through community engagement—education and hands-on sharing that helps more people see how sustainable seafood can be practiced locally.
我們務求每個階段都盡量環保,從「餵食來源」開始減碳。透過與 The Harbour School 合作,我們獲得穩定的新鮮海藻供應,作為鮑魚膳食的天然補充,從而減少對部分商業飼料的依賴,亦同步降低相關運輸與製造所帶來的碳排放。再者,鮑魚本身以植物性食物為主(食素),相對不少肉食性養殖物種,先天碳足跡更低。我們亦把這份「藍色責任」延伸到社區參與:透過教育與交流,讓更多人理解可持續海產如何在本地被實踐。
